La’Zaylah Branche

La’Zaylah Branche

La’Zaylah Branche is the 9-year-old daughter of Lance Branche and Cierra Gossert of Shippensburg. La’Zaylah attends the James Burd Elementary School. La’Zaylah has 3 siblings, La’Riyah Branche, Tramain and Na’Shay Flanders. La’Zaylah’s hobbies are softball and cheer. In her free time, she likes to do art, makeup and make TikTok videos. La’Zaylah’s sponsor is JAWS Service Center on Possum Hollow Rd, Shippensburg. 

Ella Carbaugh

Ella Carbaugh

Ella Carbaugh is the 8-year-old daughter of Robert and Tabitha Carbaugh of Shippensburg. Ella enjoys singing and dancing and listening to much such as Taylor Swift and Morgan Wallen. Ella loves reading, riding her bike, camping, and tending to her 15 chickens. Ella is super excited to be entering the 4th grade and attending the SAIS. Her favorite subjects are math and reading. Ella is sponsored by Matco Tools, Carlisle. 

Arya Hann

Arya Hann

Arya Hann is the 9-year-old daughter of Shawn and Amanda Hann of Fayetteville. Gaige is Arya’s older brother, and she has a dog named Storm. Her grandparents are James Hart and Paul and Pam Witter of Shippensburg. Arya is in the third grade going into 4th grade at Guilford Hills Elementary. She enjoys reading and writing at school, and in her free time attends Dance Academy XIV. Arya is in several classes at the dance studio including Tap, Jazz, Hip-Hop, and Ballet. She is also on the competition team as well there and is hoping to do musical theatre since she loves to sing. Arya also enjoys driving the Gator around her Pappy and Gram Witter's farm. Arya's sponsor is Hann's on Portraits of Shippensburg where she loves helping her mom out at the studio when she is photographing babies.

Sofia Jacinto

Sofia Jacinto

Sofia Jacinto is the 7-year-old daughter of Jose and Tiffany Jacinto of Shippensburg. She is the sister of Lydia, Eric, and Oliver. Sofi attends James Burd Elementary where she just completed second grade. During the school year, Sofia received numerous positive paws and was also recognized in October and May at the school’s PBIS celebration for positive behavior. In her free time, Sofi enjoys reading, writing, dancing, tumbling and all things cheer. Sofia loves learning new things and being able to share her knowledge with others. Sofi just completed her fifth season of competitive cheerleading with the All-Star Rebels. When she grows up, Sofia has the great ambition of being a surgeon. Sofia is sponsored by the All-Star Rebels Cheer of Shippensburg.  

Janelle Johnson

Janelle Johnson

Janelle Johnson is the 8-year-old daughter of Dayquan Johnson and Amber Holtry of Shippensburg. Janelle attends Nancy Grayson and will be starting third grade in the fall. Janelle enjoys reading, swimming, organizing her room, playing sports, doing her skincare, going on walks, playing with friends, dancing, singing. Janelle loves doing community service work around her neighborhood and at the Boys and Girls Club. Janelle can be seen cleaning up trash that lays on the ground at her school's playground. Janelle participates in cheerleading, softball, and basketball. Janelle aims to be the best big sister there is to her two younger sisters, Jaliyah, and Jayla. Janelle’s accomplishments include winning the PBIS award for always being ready to learn and ready to help others. Janelle has also won the BGC Kid of the Month and an award at cheerleading for being Most Likely to Always be Dancing. Janelle was also nominated for the Best Sportsmanship Award in basketball, with the most votes. Janelle is sponsored by Caring Angels Home Care of Mechanicsburg. 

Ava Mowers

Ava Mowers

Ava Mowers is the 9-year-old daughter of the late Dalton Mowers and Courtney Gossert of Shippensburg. Ava has two younger brothers Aven who is 4 and Parker who is 8 months old and a younger sister Kimber who is 5. During 3rd grade at James Burd, Ava practiced the three B’s of Burd; Be Safe, Be Ready and Be Respectful which in return she received positive paws. This coming school year, Ava is very excited to be entering 4th grade at SAIS. Ava enjoys doing her makeup and hair, playing with her siblings, dancing, and spending time at her noni’s house. Ava also loves riding four wheelers and spending time at her Aunt Sierras house. Ava also has a huge passion for cheerleading. Ava loves coming to the Shippensburg Community Fair to ride the rides, see the animals, and eat all the delicious food! Ava’s sponsor is T&G Car Sales of Shippensburg.

Sophia Myers

Sophia Myers

Sophia Myers is the 9-year-old daughter of Ben and Renee Myers and proud little sister of MaKayla Myers of Orrstown. Sophia’s grandparents are Dale and Alma Myers and Homer and Ginger Powell. Sophia is excited to start 4th grade at Grandview Elementary this year. Sophia strives to be a good student and helping others. Sophia cheers for the All-Star Rebels, where she is very passionate about competitive cheerleading and tumbling and takes pride in being a good teammate. Sophia enjoys spending time outdoors, camping, listening to country music, and spending time with her family and friends. Sophia is sponsored by Vigilant Hose Co., Shippensburg.

Kylie Reed

Kylie Reed is the 9-year-old daughter of Chris and Kristin Reed of Chambersburg and they younger sister of Claire. Kylie loves attending the Shippensburg Fair every year and always enters her art in the craft show. Kylie is involved in basketball, softball, and travel soccer. In her free time, she loves to write her own stories, go swimming, and spend time with her family and friends. Kylie will be going into the 4th grade at Grandview Elementary in the fall. Kylie is sponsored by the Shippensburg Lions Club. 

Ava Surotchak

Ava Surotchak

Ava Surotchak is the 9-year-old daughter of Ed and Danielle Surotchak of Shippensburg. Ava has one brother, Joe. Ava will be starting 4th grade at the Shippensburg Area Intermediate School this fall. Ava loves to spend time with her family and friends. In the summer you can find Ava at the pool or playing with her friends and cousins. Ava cheers for PA Starz, she loves spending time at her cheer gym with her friends and coaches who are a second family to her. She loves learning new skills especially when it comes to tumbling and flying skills! Ava likes to watch the older girls at cheer to help her learn more and loves encouraging the younger girls who are learning new skills. Ava’s sponsor is PA Starz of Greencastle. 

Brea Todd

Brea Todd

Brea Todd is the 8-year-old daughter of Steve and Alisha Todd of Shippensburg. She also has an older sister named Keely. This past school year, Brea attended James Burd Elementary School where she received awards for being Respectful and Ready. Her favorite subjects are Writing, Math, and Music. Brea enjoys being active and playing sports. She plays basketball and participates in cheerleading, and gymnastics. Brea is a member of the Shippensburg Cub Scout Pack 251. She has a lot of fun learning new things and giving back to her community. In her free time, Brea enjoys going camping with family, going to Hershey Park or Great Wolf Lodge, and hanging out with her friends. Brea is excited to come to the Shippensburg Community Fair this year so she can ride the rides with her friends, eat cotton candy and funnel cakes, play games, and spend time with her family. Brea is sponsored by Amenity Wellness of Shippensburg. 

Harper Wagner

Harper Wagner

Harper Wagner is the 9-year-old daughter of Kristy and Tommy Wagner, Shippensburg. Harper’s grandparents are J.R. and Rhonda Wells of Shippensburg and Tom Wagner of Chambersburg. Harper looks up to her 16-year-old twin brother and sister Drake, and Abby. Harper loves to hang out with them when they let her. She adores her dogs Bruce and Beau. Family and God are most important to Harper. This past school year at James Burd Elementary, Harper received multiple awards. Harper loves school and is going into the 4th grade at SAIS. She cheers for SMFL, plays basketball for SAYA, and plays softball for SCPRA. Harper is thankful for having great teachers and coaches that have helped her with confidence and helping her grow. Harper’s hobbies also include reading, doing arts, crafts, swimming and playing dolls. She enjoys traveling and going to amusement parks with her family, especially riding roller coasters as Harper is a thrill seeker. Harper looks forward to coming to the Shippensburg Community Fair every summer. Harper is sponsored by the Kristin Shetler team- Iron Valley Real Estate of Carlisle. 

Willow Warren

Willow Warren

Willow Warren is the 9-year-old daughter of Justin and Ariane Warren of Shippensburg. Willow has a younger brother Jenson. Willow attends Shippensburg Area Intermediate School, where during her time in 4th grade, she won several awards for being safe, respectful, and ready. Willow was also nominated for the finals for her D.A.R.E poster. Willow is involved in field hockey, lacrosse, and chorus. In her free time, she enjoys making crafts, playing "Just Dance", and spending time with her family. Willow has a love for animals including her pet bunnies, chickens, cats, and turtle. Willow loves attending the Shippensburg Community Fair every year. Her sponsor is Pizza Man of Shippensburg.

Victoria Williams

Victoria “Tori” Williams

Victoria Williams is the 7-year-old daughter of Jonathan and Stephanie Williams. Her friends and family call her Tori or Vicky. Tori attended 2nd grade at Nancy Grayson Elementary School where Math was her favorite subject. She is an active girl who loves to play Basketball for SAYA and is a Flyer for the All-Star Rebels Competition Cheer Team. Some of Tori’s biggest achievements happened this year where her team for basketball took the championship and her cheer team made it to the Youth Summit in Tampa. Tori has an older brother and sister and is a proud aunt to her nephew. Tori enjoys spending time with her family and traveling to the beach several times a year. Tori is sponsored by Glow Getter by Krissy Cressler of Shippensburg.
